Over the last 12 months I have been testing the schemas by creating example files. I can now create them quite quickly using a program called Oxygen, but I know how daunting it can appear when you get started, especially if you start by looking at the schema files!
So my advice to anyone starting out with DIGGS and wanting to learn more about the content and structure of the files is to create yourself some example files. I have created a short movie presentation to show you how I do it and how I get Oxygen to tell me what to write and where to write it. I hope this movie is helpful to others.
